Welcome to GY Gaming Black Label. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our premium collectibles. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This website is operated by J Training Limited (Trading as GY Gaming Black Label), a company registered in England and Wales.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification (AVP / OneID)

Due to the adult-themed nature of our inventory, this website is intended strictly for individuals aged 18 years and older.

Mandatory Verification: By placing an order, you consent to identity and age verification via our AVP (Age Verification Provider) and OneID® systems.
Compliance: We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified. Providing false information to bypass age restrictions is a breach of these Terms and may be reported under the UK Online Safety Act.

2. Products & "Black Label" Quality

We specialise in museum-grade PVC figurines and scale masterpieces.

Authenticity: Every item is guaranteed 100% authentic, sourced directly from official manufacturers (e.g., Vertex, FREEing, Alter).
Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Reservation & Pre-Order Payment Terms

To secure limited-allocation Japanese imports, we operate a specialized tiered payment system:

0% Initial Deposit: You may reserve your allocation for £0.00 at the point of initial request.
10% Priority Payment: To maintain your guaranteed slot, a 10% payment of the total item value is required no later than 30 days prior to the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
Final Balance: The remaining 90% balance must be settled in full on or before the official release/shipping date.
Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely in £ (GBP) via the Bankful gateway.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Black Label Standards: We utilise high-grade packing materials to ensure your masterpiece arrives in pristine condition.
Risk of Loss: Title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend tracked and insured services for all high-value items.

5. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

Private Inventory: The Black Label range is held in secure, private inventory and is not on display in the public retail area of our physical shop.
Identity Check: You must present a valid Photo ID matching the order name. Verification will be finalised in-store via our OneID protocol.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our policy is strictly enforced to protect the "Mint in Box" (MIB) value of our collectibles.

Sealed Integrity: Returns are only accepted if the manufacturer’s factory seal remains intact. Broken seals will result in the return being rejected.
14-Day Window: You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return.
Forfeiture of 10% Payment: * If you cancel your reservation after the 10% Priority Payment has been made, that 10% is non-refundable and retained as an allocation fee.
- Failure to pay the final balance in full by the release date will result in the forfeiture of the 10% payment and the unit will be released to the next collector.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, to solicit others for unlawful acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

J Training Limited shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item.
