Shipping & Delivery Policy

At GY Gaming Black Label (a trading name of J Training Ltd), we treat every order as a museum-grade acquisition. We understand that high-end collectibles are significant investments, and we take every precaution to ensure they arrive in "Collector Grade" condition.

1. UK-Based Dispatch & Zero Hidden Fees

All orders are dispatched directly from our professional facility at:

Unit 6 & 7, Henfield Business Park, Shoreham Road, Henfield, United Kingdom.

UK Exclusive: At this time, we exclusively serve the UK collector community. We do not ship to international addresses.
No Import Duties: Because we are UK-based, there are no import duties, customs fees, or surprise VAT charges for our customers. The price at checkout is the final price.
Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).

2. "Black Label" Packing Standards

We know that for a true connoisseur, the condition of the box is as important as the figure itself.

Discreet Outer Packaging: All items are shipped in plain, heavy-duty brown cardboard boxes. There is no "Anime," "Gaming," or "Adult" branding on the exterior to ensure your privacy and security.
Maximum Protection: We use premium-grade bubble wrap and specialized void-fill to ensure the manufacturer’s decorative box remains "Mint in Box" (MIB) during transit.

3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

To protect your purchase, we exclusively use Tracked & Signed services.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 working days.
Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 working days.
Real-Time Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Henfield facility.

4. Age Verification & Secure Delivery

To comply with the UK Online Safety Act and our strict 18+ policy, we operate the following security measures:

Digital Verification: Before dispatch, your identity and age must be verified via our OneID® or AVP systems.
Signed Delivery: A person over the age of 18 must be available to sign for the delivery.
No "Safe Place" Deliveries: Due to the high value of our figurines, we do not allow couriers to leave packages in a "Safe Place" or porch. If you choose to divert your package to a neighbour or a safe place via the courier’s app, you do so at your own risk; J Training Ltd cannot be held liable for items lost after a diverted delivery.

5. Combined Shipping & Mixed Carts

To ensure the safety of your items and manage shipping logistics:

Held Orders: Orders containing both "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items will be held until all items in the order are available for dispatch.
Separate Shipping: If you require in-stock items to be sent immediately, please place two separate orders.

6. Pre-Order Shipping Schedule

Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as the stock arrives at our UK facility from our international manufacturers.

Estimates: Please note that manufacturer release dates are estimates provided by the brands and are subject to change.
Payment Requirement: Shipping will only commence once the final 90% balance has been settled (as per our Terms of Service).

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

Security Lockdown: For your protection, we can only ship to the address verified at the time of final payment.
Moving House: If you have moved since placing your initial pre-order, you must contact our concierge team at least 14 days before the release date to update your records. We cannot redirect packages once they have left our facility.

8. Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

We offer a free, discreet collection service from our physical shop.

Secure Inventory: As our Black Label range is held in private, secure storage, please allow 24 hours from order for the item to be moved to the shop for pickup.
Ready for Collection: You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Verification: You must present your Order Confirmation and a valid Photo ID. Our team will verify your identity via our OneID protocol at the point of collection.
